SHIPPING POLICY

Studio of One aims to ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24–48 hours. During high-volume sales periods and holidays, please allow up to 4 business days for processing.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Please allow an additional business day for the shipping carrier to process your shipment after it has been shipped.

All orders ship from Dallas, Texas.

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within the United States when using code 150FREESHIP at checkout. This promotion is valid for U.S. orders only.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:

Please allow up to 3 weeks for production on made-to-order items before they are shipped. Made-to-order production allows Studio of One to create pieces as they are purchased rather than overproducing inventory. Some made-to-order items may be completed sooner and shipped ahead of the estimated 3-week timeframe.

The estimated production time does not include shipping time.

 

NTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Studio of One ships internationally. Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on the destination.

For orders shipped to Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain, all applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The amount displayed at checkout is based on the information available at the time the order is placed. Final charges may be determined by the destination country's customs authorities. In rare circumstances, additional customs, brokerage, handling, or other fees may be assessed by the destination country's customs authority or shipping carrier. Studio of One is not responsible for additional costs incurred during customs clearance.

All Other International Destinations

For international destinations where Studio of One does not collect duties and import taxes at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically stated at checkout. Any applicable fees may be collected by the shipping carrier or the relevant customs authority upon import or delivery. Studio of One is not responsible for additional costs incurred during customs clearance.

Studio of One is not responsible for packages refused by the customer due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees. Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for reshipment or a refund of the original shipping charges. Any refund issued for a refused shipment may be reduced by costs incurred by Studio of One, including return shipping and other non-recoverable fees.
