PRE-ORDER POLICY
Pre-order purchases can be canceled before November 1, 2026. If you would like to return your order, please contact Studio of One within 14 days of delivery and I will be happy to assist you.
SHIPPING POLICY
Studio of One aims to ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24–48 hours. During high-volume sales periods and holidays, please allow up to 4 business days for processing.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Please allow an additional business day for the shipping carrier to process your shipment after it has been shipped.
All orders ship from Dallas, Texas.
Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within the United States when using code 150FREESHIP at checkout. This promotion is valid for U.S. orders only.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Studio of One ships internationally. Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on the destination.
For orders shipped to Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain, all applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The amount displayed at checkout is based on the information available at the time the order is placed. Final charges may be determined by the destination country's customs authorities. In rare circumstances, additional customs, brokerage, handling, or other fees may be assessed by the destination country's customs authority or shipping carrier. Studio of One is not responsible for additional costs incurred during customs clearance.
For all Other International Destinations where Studio of One does not collect duties and import taxes at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically stated at checkout. Any applicable fees may be collected by the shipping carrier or the relevant customs authority upon import or delivery. Studio of One is not responsible for additional costs incurred during customs clearance.
Studio of One is not responsible for packages refused by the customer due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees. Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for reshipment or a refund of the original shipping charges. Any refund issued for a refused shipment may be reduced by costs incurred by Studio of One, including return shipping and other non-recoverable fees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Studio of One accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as recorded by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and unused, In their original condition, Free of any signs of wear, washing, or damage.
I strongly recommend checking your measurements against the size chart before placing an order to help ensure the best fit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
International returns follow the same rules as above. If duties or import taxes were collected at checkout, those charges may not always be refundable, depending on whether the applicable taxes or duties can be recovered from the relevant customs authority. Studio of One cannot guarantee reimbursement of customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other international charges associated with a returned order.
REFUNDS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once a returned item has been received, please allow 2–3 business days for Studio of One to process the return.
Once a refund has been issued, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Studio of One as soon as possible at studioofone@outlook.com. I will do my best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed because orders are processed regularly and may have already entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy for information about returning an eligible order.
FOR PRINTED ITEMS ONLY:
Washing instructions: Most items are machine washable, just follow the care instructions on the tag. If the care tag is missing you can either wash on the delicate cycle, hand wash, or dry clean. It’s up to you! Most of the items that I print on are vintage so the care instructions vary. The printed design will not fade in the wash.
Nope! my printing technique bonds the ink to the garment’s fibers so they are very strong and will not fade in the wash or over time. There is one exception, the printed tights may fade a bit in the sun due to the nylon composition.
Item condition: Studio of One works with vintage and secondhand clothing and intentionally gives garments a second life rather than allowing them to end up in a landfill. Each garment is washed before printing, and I do my best to remove stains and imperfections. Because these garments are vintage or secondhand, some pieces may have minor imperfections, variations, or signs of previous wear. I do my best to photograph and describe any notable flaws in each product listing. However, small imperfections may occasionally be missed. Additionally, because each piece is printed by hand, minor printing variations or imperfections, such as small ink marks, may occur. These characteristics are part of the nature of handmade and upcycled garments and do not qualify an item for a return. If an item has a significant undisclosed flaw please contact me.
