Returns

All sales are final and not eligible for refund or exchange. Please check your measurements before ordering. This is the best way of knowing if the item will fit you or not.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Send a detailed description of the flaw along with photos to studioofone@outlook.com.

It is important to note that I work with vintage and secondhand clothing and I don’t shy away from pieces that aren’t in perfect condition; giving them a second chance and keeping them out of the landfill! I wash each garment before printing and do my best to remove any stains. Additionally, as I print each item by hand, there’s a chance for a few printing errors like ink marks. I try my best to note any flaws in the description, however, I can occasionally miss a few small flaws. This is to be expected and will not qualify for a return. However, if there are large flaws such as large stains or rips I will be happy to work out a solution with you and make an exception to the return policy.
