I offer free shipping on orders over $150. To receive this offer you must use the code 150FREESHIP at checkout. If you have already checked out without the code, I am unfortunately unable to refund the shipping fee. This offer is only valid for orders within the US.

 

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER? 

I am not offering custom orders at this time but I add new items often. Follow @studio_of_one to keep up as I release new pieces.

 

Orders are shipped once a week, on Wednesday. This includes all orders placed before midnight on Tuesday. If you place an order on Wednesday, it will be shipped the following Wednesday. Please allow an additional 2-3 Business days for the shipping provider to process the shipment.

Please allow up to 3 weeks production time on made-to-order items. This method keeps Studio of One sustainable as I do not overproduce for the sake of making quick money. Expect your made-to-order item to ship 3 weeks from the following Wednesday. However, made-to-order items are sometimes produced quicker and therefore shipped early.

     

I do ship internationally, however international shipping can be quite expensive. If you know of a cheap international shipping websites, please share! Shipping prices are about $15+ and are typically $25-ish. Rates vary based on shipping location and item weight. Email or DM me your country, city & postal code for an accurate price. International shipping seems to be more affordable to Canada and Iceland…I don’t know why. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Please, note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties or any additional fees. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination.  

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

I do not currently accept returns. Please check your measurements before ordering. This is the best way of knowing if the item will fit you or not. If you have any questions, please message me and I will do my best to help.  

 

ARE YOUR PIECES MACHINE WASHABLE?

Most are, just follow the care instructions on the tag. If the care tag is missing you can either wash on the delicate cycle, hand wash, or dry clean. It’s up to you! Most of the items that I print on are vintage so the care instructions vary. 

 

WILL THE PRINT FADE IF I WASH MY GARMENT?

Nope! my printing technique bonds the ink to the garment’s fibers so they are very strong and will not fade in the wash or over time. There is one exception, the printed tights may fade a bit in the sun due to the nylon composition.
